# 2360 Unicode Version Not Loading/Displaying String Fields Properly

When I try to create a database manually, it seems to go through the process correctly, but the resulting database name has extra characters appended to it, and so will not open (TimeKeeper was the name I entered, and TimeKeeperKeeperion? is the name displayed in EDB Manager.) Even the Configuration database has extra characters appended to the name (Configurationration???????). (Question marks are what are displayed in EDB Manager, not my addition.)

When I close and re-open the EDB Manager, and connect my session, the Configuration database name has changed to Configurationration?A, as though the string is not being initialized correctly.
