# 2819 Executing a Script in the EDB Manager that Includes Log-Generating Statement Causes Multiple Windows

When a script is finished running in EDB Manager, if there were any log messages generated, dozens of Log Messages windows appear in very rapid succession. The first one restores the saved size/position of the last open, all the others are in the default size and position in the center of the screen. Clicking Close closes the first one just fine. Clicking close on the next one behind it gets an access violation. Subsequent closes get a List Index out of Bounds (0) message. Because of the vast number of stacked modal windows, the only recourse at this point, is to hold down Alt+F4 until all windows are closed. Of course, it will also close the application after a while--unless there is an unsaved script.
