# 3969 .NET Data Provider Experiencing Error When Retrieving Blank Output Parameters

I've just updated to build 2 and run my application again and it's throwing a different error.

Elevate.ElevateDB.Data.EDBException was unhandled
Message=Array cannot be null.
Parameter name: bytes
Source=System.Data
ErrorCode=9999
ErrorColumn=0
ErrorLine=0
ErrorMsg=""

This occurs when inserting a new row into a table. If I roll back to 2.14 b5 it all works correctly.
