# 4082 Configuration Log Events Can Become Stuck and Stop Reflecting New Events after Refresh

If I query the event log (i.e., Select * from configuration.logevents), perform an action that alters the log, then query the event log again, no records are returned. I must disconnect my session and reconnect before I can retrieve any records from the log.

I have tested this using EDB Manager as well as via the SQL interface in our application.

The log manager would get itself in a state of not being able to read the log records in certain instances, and it couldn't get out of without a session reset (disconnect/reconnect).

Fixed Problem on 9/24/2014 in version 2.18 build 1
