# 4359 ElevateDB to ElevateDB Migrator Not Working Correctly

I am trying to change the encryption pw for an EDB Unicode database v2.13 B2 which should be a simple operation.
I downloaded EDB Mgr 2.21 today hoping it will make things easier. The new database will remain at v2.13 B2.
I created the migrators for EDB Mgr 2.21.
I created a new session and a new database with the new encryption pw and signature. Both the old and new databases are Unicode.

But when I run the migrator after connecting to the new database, I get an error message

"ElevateDB Error #202 An error occurred with the module edbmigrate (Module execution error: Invalid character set UNI specified)"
