# 4763 Migrating CHAR Columns Using the MIGRATE DATABASE Statement Results in NULL Columns in Target

I am having an issue with migrating an ElevateDB database in ANSI into one in UNICODE.

ElevateDB complains:

ElevateDB Error #1004 The primary key constraint PrimaryKey for the table Contacts has been violated (Duplicate key ,10000 found)

But there's no record in the ANSI version of the database with those values (10 spaces + 10000).

There are many records with LineNo = 10000 but none of them have a RecNo that is empty.
