# 3001 Upgrade Reverse-Engineering Not Working Properly in Unicode EDB Manager

We have 2 databases: test1,test2

test1 has one table with one column.
test2 has the same table (that test with another column more).

Then, If I try to upgrade test1 to test2 with "Reverse-Engineer Database". I obtain a "Exception class EInvalidPointer with message 'Invalid pointer operation'."

Comments

This is actually "pre-release" functionality that is for inclusion with 2.03, but is available now in the EDB Manager. Also, fixed a minor issue with compiling the EDB Manager with the ANSI version of the engine under Delphi 2009.

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 5/28/2009 in version 2.02 build 14
