# 3871 Excluded Sessions Cannot Connect When EDB Server's Licensed Session Count Set to 0
I have found another one bug in licensed sessions: servers with LicensedSessions property set to 0 does not accept connections coming from sessions with ExcludeFromLicensedSessions property set to True.
