# 3649 Help Manager in the IDE Can Experience Floating Point Division By Zero Errors at Random

I've come across what appears to be a bug in the EWB IDE. Unfortunately, it's intermittent, so I don't have exact steps to reproduce.

When viewing help topics, if I scroll down in window that displays the details of a chosen help topic, then reverse my scroll back up, a "Floating point division by zero" error message will appear.

After clearing the message box, the topic content window is frozen. It is no longer scrollable and clicking on a new topic or keyword will not change the content window. If one closes the Help tab and re-opens it, all is well again.

This is an issue with the IE9 (and higher) embedded browser control:

The EWB IDE now masks out these exceptions so that they don't appear.
