New Poll on the Web Site |

Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | There's a new poll up on the web site home page:
http://www.elevatesoft.com If you get a second, please vote in the poll. I'm trying to gauge how many existing ElevateDB users are using the multi-user, file-sharing architecture of ElevateDB (as oppposed to the client-server architecture), and seeing how the upcoming new ElevateDB Server (currently known as the "enterprise" version) can be used instead for better fail safety and concurrency. The general idea is to move to a broadcast server enrollment architecture that will allow the ElevateDB Server used with peer-to-peer installations, but without the performance and corruption issues that are prevalent with file-sharing architectures and Windows. Thanks, -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
