"J. B. Ferguson" | Tim,
Just curious...Will the release version of ElevateDB include a BDE Database Transfer Utility like DBISAM did? I know the ElevateDB Manager can migrate/convert from DBISAM but what about other databases? Will the EDB Manager be the only utility shipped or are there others we are unaware of? -- Regards, Jan Ferguson |

We intend to do a utility for migrating other databases, but it will be based upon ODBC instead of the BDE. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

"J. B. Ferguson" | Ok Tim...Thanks. I was just curious as I will have other applications I
will want to eventually port over to ElevateDB. Personally I would prefer ODBC to the BDE anyway (especially since the BDE has been depracated.) -- Regards, Jan Ferguson Tim Young [Elevate Software] wrote: <<Jan, << <<<< Just curious...Will the release version of ElevateDB include a BDE <<<<Database Transfer Utility like DBISAM did?
