I'm just playing with TextFilters and WordGenerators - where have you hidden edbmemmgr?

Is there any reason for having the code in a unit with a form?

That's an error - just remove that line from the .dpr.  We're recommending
that customers use FastMM with all EDB applications.  We use it in the EDB
Manager and EDB Server.

It's just a custom data module, so it doesn't add any significant overhead
and it makes it easier for customers to "hook up" the event(s).

How does it make it easier? I would have thought just having the code in the dll would have been the easiest.

Well, I figured that it would be safe to follow the web module path that
Borland took, especially for those that have never written or compiled a
DLL.  That way it looks like like an application and they are spared the
gory details. Smiley
