I'll probably be shot down in flames here, but is it possible to have another page "save" in the dialog and move the OK and Cancel buttons to it. I find I keep clicking OK rather than Add.

I can suggest several things if you'd like (start with "you stupid sod") <vbg>

I know it seems silly but I've "lost" the column I was going to add at least a dozen times so far - you'd think I'd learn but its habit to go down to bottom right and click so many forms and dialogs put their buttons there.

Possibly a test to see if there are any pending changes and if so ask if you want to commit them before committing the entire batch?
