1. Dropped a table which had a field in it which was a foreign key to another table (Accounts)
2. Altered table Accounts and clicked OK

ElevateDB Error #401 the table 291 does not exist

Tried closing and reopening EDBMan but no good.

No, unfortunately the catalog is buggered at that point, at least for the
Accounts table.  You'll have to drop the database and recreate it.
