I am planning to Develop an application within VS 2008 using Elevate DAC
data provider.
I am wondering whether it is possible to deploy the application without any
installation requried.
Basically, any user with write access to the folder where the application
will be copy to can just
copy all files and all necessary support DLLs (include the DAC data
provider), then he can run
the applicaiton there.

I think that you want the "Private Assemblies" option.
