Is there any option in MS-SQL Server to export data in different file format such as txt, csv, xls etc. Please give me appropriate solution.

Hi Ganesha,
Yes! MS-SQL server has an option to export data in different file format such as txt, csv, xls etc. To export data in file , you have to select 'Result to File' or 'Result to Text' option in sql toolbar. After that your output will be saved in file with extension rtf or txt.
You can also use a third party tool to resolve  this problem, there are lots of tool in the market which having functionality to solve such kind of task. There are some famous tool such as MindStick DataConverter, AutoConverter etc which are widely used in market.
