Roy Lambert NLH Associates Team Elevate | I'd normally be posting this on the Embarcadero forums but I can't so I'm hoping someone here has a suggestion.
Part of my app is an email subsystem using HTMLViewer for display of emails. It works well for most cases. Over the years I've had to do some tweaks but by and large its fine. My current problem is elReg (aka The Register) from which I get a news feed. I finally decided to see if I could sort it out. The display is "correct" compared to displaying the html in a browser (Maxthon, IE 11, Chrome) but if I look at it in another email client, or Word its "wrong" I'm not sure what is correct or wrong in these circumstances. I think its to do with the table handling in browsers vs email clients (weird I know). I'm hoping someone here can confirm what I'm seeing and give feedback as to wether its a bug or not before I log an incident on HTMLViewer's Google project page. Roy Lambert |
