I've been trying to send email to sales@elevatesoft.com, support@elevatesoft.com and info@elevatesoft.com and they have all bounced back.

You sent me a User ID/password to download a trial version but they don't work.  My browser can no longer find www.testelevate.com, but when it did, the login failed each time. I'm really keen to have a look at ElevateDB, having been a long time user of DBISAM.

The website is www.elevatesoft.com (http://www.elevatesoft.com).

You should be able to go there, register for a new account : click "Login" and top-right of any page, then "Register As New User" and fill-in the info. Once you have the account the download area should let you access trial versions.

What does the bounce message say ?  AFAIK, everything is working okay on our
end.

If you received the user ID and password a while ago, then they have changed
since a couple of weeks ago when we switched over the new web site.  As Raul
indicated, you need to register as a new user on the web site, and then
you'll be able to download any of the trial versions via the Downloads link
at the top of every page on the web site.

Of course, you must have already registered, because you're posting here.
 So, you should be all set to download now.
