Hello, I'm a Net Developer and I need to install the ODBC driver with my application, because my clients do not need ElevateDB Server, they just have .DAT files.

Can I do this for free and without copyright problems? or Should I use the trial version?

Yes, if you purchase the DBISAM ODBC Standard product, then you are able to
distribute the ODBC driver with your application royalty-free.
