I think this is an excellent way of protecting executables, when you also embed online licensing strategies whose code is protected by this scheme. There is a similar product call Enigma (free) that allows you to embed other files into a single exe file. For encryption you need to purchase their other product to secure your files.

Most people don't realize how easy it is to pry into Delphi code and even extract your forms. But the big problem with encrypting your .exe is that your AV will likely flag it as a virus because virus writers will also use similar software to hide their virus signatures.
