You simply need to purchase the EDB-VCL-CS-SRC-SUPT product ID, and you can do so from the Customers area via the Product Support Plans link. You should see the products that you've purchased, along with how many plans you have that are active/expired. You can order a new plan by simply clicking on the Add to Order link under the plan that you wish to order, and then clicking on Complete Order to finish. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
