Would anyone know off the top of your head where the settings are that keeps
the last open position of EDB Mgr?

I was running it on display #2 or #3, left with my laptop and it kept
opening @ it's last location. Usually, it's not a problem because I right
click the task bar for the Windows app, click move, and slide it to my
primary display. For some odd reason, the context menu only has restore,
minimize & close instead of the normal move, size, minimize, maximize &
close.

Have look into the edbmgr.ini file:

[Layout]
Window State=0
Window Top=100
Window Left=57
Window Height=893
Window Width=1507

You find this file in:

D:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Elevate Software\ElevateDB Manager

in Windows7 or its equivalent in XP.

Almost, because it depends on your name

Search for edbmgr.ini. For me on Vista its in C:\Documents and Settings\Roy Lambert\AppData\Local\Elevate Software\ElevateDB Manager\

There's a line Explorer State= which is the settings that will be used.
