I've now had a look and understand what your problem is. Unfortunately I can't suggest a solution. The basic facilities in Delphi are good but limited. tbStreet has as its master tbCity which doesn't have a master. You're using tbCity and tbStreet as lookups for tbCompany. The lookup for tbCity works because nothing is restricting it. The lookup for tbStreet doesn't. I've altered your demo to show the problem.
