I'll like to move all the sessions defined with EdbManager from an old pc to
a new one.
Is there a simple way to do it?

Have you looked at

\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Local Settings\Application
Data\Elevate Software\ElevateDB Manager\edbmgr.ini

Yes, as Charles indicated, just move the edbmgr.ini file from one computer
to the other, using the same target directory (except for the user name) for
the destination.
