Hi Tim,

if you create or alter a stored procedure with a syntax error you get a
message of the error and a script is created that can be corrected and
executed. (Thanks for this btw. Smile)

After that you have to refresh manually, in order to be able to use the
change or created procedure.

Did you design it like this?

You shouldn't have to refresh to use an altered procedure, but yes, this is
as-designed.  However, I'll see about adding a flag that indicates that the
particular SQL window needs a metadata refresh after execution.
