I have looked for old posts and read as much
as I can and its now 6:40 am after night 2 on
getting to grips with EDB.
One thing I cant figure as I'am tired is when I
compile the EDBManager I get missing files so
I guess others have to but I cant see anything on
it. The files are.......
TEDBListView
TEDBSyntaxMemo
TEDBTaskPanelScrollBox
TEDBTreeView
TEDBToolBar

Obvious some of Tims own like the grid was in
DBIsam.

They're in edbutilcomps which in my case is in C:\3rdParty\EDBUtils\utils\edbmgr\source\

Mine is here.......
C:\Program Files\ElevateDB\Additional\Version 2\utils\edbmgr\source

I have checked for edbutilcomps in uses its there as is the file in the
\source
Yet when I load the project in  D7 I get the missing comps time to go
to bed now hes bloody up looking for a full house.
Same in D2007 by the way. Thanks anyway have a look later when my
eyes work better.

If you want to modify the EDB Manager, then install the edbutilcomps.pas
unit into the design-time package of your choosing, and then you'll be able
to "see" these components at design-time and modify them.

Thanks Tim I figured it out in my sleep just as Bruce Willis
was climbing in my window.
Well I was only dreaming so no Bruce but the bulb did lightup.
