EDB Manager: long job category raises 1011 |

David Cornelius Cornelius Concepts | Tim,
I created a job using EDB Manager 2.03b8 with Category = 'Off-site Backups for Clients'. After it was created successfully, I tried to expand open the Jobs tree but got error 1011: "An error occurred with the value Off-site Backups for Clients (The value would result in truncation)." Simply dropping the script and recreating with Category = 'ClientBackups' solved the problem. Just an FYI. -- David Cornelius Cornelius Concepts |

The issue is most likely the size of the catalog column for the category. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
