durumdara | Dear Support!
We migrated our biggest customer today, and started to work. Two times we have server problem, and we must restart the server completely. The usage: 40-50 session with login/logout, 1,2 GB memory. Two times the server not responded - the users logged out because the pinging returned from the dead server. The "stop server" function not worked, This only shown "Server not responding" error message, or same. We are in trouble, becase the customer needs to work, and we don't know, where we search for the error. The log is not containing any error that critical... Thanks for your fast help: dd |

durumdara | Hi!
As we saw then the two cases happened when we refreshed the executables, asked the people to log out, and they are returned at once (50 sessions tried to reconnect). May EDB hard to do something with many incoming pings/sessions (like DOS attack)? Thanks for your help: dd |

Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | << We migrated our biggest customer today, and started to work. >> Two things: 1) Don't double-post your messages both here on the newsgroups and to me directly in email. 2) Don't post installation-specific issues like this on the newsgroups. They are of little use to others, and no one else here will be able to help you with such an issue. We'll deal with this issue in email, and if a fix is required, then one will be released to everyone. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
