Hello:

Several months ago I added text indexing using an RTF filter and a custom word generator to my app.  All along things seemed to be working just fine when today I noticed that my "CREATE TEXT INDEX...." statement was using "Default" for the word generator.  So, I changed it to my own word generator module  (creatively named "Word Generator").  

I then noticed that when in DB Manager I could "show installed modules" and my Word Generator would show up in the table.... but when I looked at my text index in the manager, only "Default" showed up in the Word Generator drop down... So I added CREATE WORD GENERATOR code which seemed to fix that.

However, now when I try to post data to the table that contains the text index, I get

".... Error #300 Cannot lock the module Word Generator in the configuration Config for shared access."

If I set the word generator back to "Default" everything works again.

What happened?  And what do I need to do in order to use my own word generator?

If you've moved to 2.04 than you'll have to "relink" the external modules.

No consolation but my full text indexing is still working fine under 2.04b4 so no idea

I guess until I sort it out I will just use the default word generator, which does not seem to be a problem.

Are you using 2.04 B3 or higher ?  This was fixed in 2.04 B3:

Ahhh... I bet that's it.  I'll update in the next day or so and post the results here.
