Yes, it was reproduced and a fix is coming (the problem appears to be caused
by an assertion bug in XE, and the fix is actually just a workaround for the

Thanks Tim, I have relaxed.  

I did have a look for (current) Incident Reports before posting but I
can only see the ones that have been addressed in previous releases.

As has been discussed before it would be useful if we could see the
status of (current) ones.  <nudge>
