I'm sure that there's something similar for Delphi that you can find via
Google.  Are you actually needing such a tool, or just curious ?

Tim,

No need at this time but I did have in the past. Ended up using lex and yacc ported to DOS from Unix.
Very crude. We were doing netlist tranlations from one printed circuit board layout design system to another.

Yes, one of the reasons why we don't use them to generate the ElevateDB
parsers is because of the inability to handle certain contextual situations
in SQL that don't follow the "rules", and the ability to generate more
information error messages when the input is invalid.
