Hello

On my pc with Win XP os I get the 1104 error (The IP addressed ... is
blocked).

I check the firewall and the edbsrvr is on the exceptions list and even when
I disable the firewall I still get the error.
My avg anti-virus doesn't have a firewall.

What else can block the service.

I use the last version edb 2.05b7.

That's an EDB error, not a firewall or Winsock error.  Check the server
configuration (Stop Server/Edit Server Options) and, under the Connections
tab, make sure that the Authorized IP Addreses is set to * (all), and the
Blocked IP Addresses is empty.
