Can you post a list of the amount of disk space used by the various datatypes please. Reason I'm asking is I'm looking at altering some datatypes in tables and wondering if its worth bothering with (eg integer -> smallint) Roy Lambert |

Adam Brett Orixa Systems | Its not completely helpful, but the Configuration "DataTypes" table at least gives a list of available types.
In a future version of EDB this table could actually include a column for field sizes (for non variable DataTypes), that way the information you are requesting would be built into the schema! |
