Stefano Monterisi | Hi Tim,
we use AnyDAC for works with Firebird, Oracle, etc.... but we use also DBISAM (fromv.1) and EDB. Please contact AnyDac for support EDB! So we have one interface for all databases (that we use) and can switch them without rewrite applications !!!! Great products (AnyDac & EDB) Good job, Stefano Monterisi |

Dmitry replied to me, and we've got plans to work on this starting in July or so. It's not a trivial project, so we both have to clear our current workloads first. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

Stefano Monterisi | Hi Tim,
this is a way also for some potential customers for change from other (expensive) databases to EDB (that is more flexible) , if the application is the same...no? For example, I like to have SQL-enterprise approach in the distribuite applications for security and performance reasons, but I like to manage the same data in direct table view at backoffice... Thanks, Stefano Monterisi |
