TonyWood | Hi All
I recently upgraded to EDB 2.05 Build 14. The ElevateDB Manager Help->"ElevateDB 2 SQL Reference" menu item appears to be broken, in that an empty tab is openned. How do i configure this to work ? I can see edb2sql.hxn in "c:\ProgramData\Microsoft Help\" and "c:\Users\All Users\Microsoft Help\" Thanks in advance Tony Wood |

Adam Brett Orixa Systems | Tony,
I am guessing you have done the following: * Menu: File, Preferences, click on the "Help" tab. * In this window you should see a grid containing a list of all help files, and a tabsheet with the heading "properties". If the Grid is empty you need to select a new File (click small "new" icon beside the filename edit, and navigate to wherever EDBMgr has installed edb2sql.elh) then click the "Add Help". The usual installation for edb2sql.elh is <edbinstall-path>\Help\ If the grid is not empty, then the item which is listed in it must not point to the edb2sql.elh file. In that case first click on the item in the grid, then click "delete help", then add a correct link as detailed above. Hope this helps. |
