It's available now for download.  The build system changes to accommodate
new product naming schemes (you'll notice these in the setup and package
file names) took longer than expected, and the builds are now taking about 9
hours in total to execute for ElevateDB (up about 2.5 hours just for the XE2
builds and the inclusion of the 64-bit versions of the EDB Server).  All of
this added up to an unexpected couple of extra days worth of work.
