ElevateDB Error #601 The table CachedDbId is corrupt (The index is missing a required key). |

Warren | Hi,
I am getting the error... "ElevateDB Error #601 The table CachedDbId is corrupt (The index AK_PathNameOnly_FileNameOnly_DatabaseId is missing a required key)." I ran a repair over the table but I continue to get the same error. What exactly does the eror mean? This is a unique constraint over the three columns described in the constraint name. DatabaseId is not null. What does it mean to be missing a required key? Is the index corrupt? Is there an actual row that is corrupt somehow? Any information would be great. Thanks! |

It is possible that an older version of EDB is not repairing the table corruption correctly. There were a few unique situations whereby the corruption would trip up the repair facilities in EDB. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
