If you create them in EDBManager you then have two choices:

1. reverse engineer the database which will give you most of the SQL code to create things

2. simply distribute the catalog and "initialise" by setting the config / database paths

There's no need (unless you want to) to distribute the table files. ElevateDB will create those as needed from the information in the catalog.
