I feel like such a noob. I recently upgraded from Delphi 2010 on a
windows XP machine to Delphi XE4 on a WIndows 7 Professional 64 Bit
machine.

I have yet to install ElevateDB on this machine so 2.13 would be the
first install. Do download and install the 64bit or the 32bit version?

Thanks,

Always install the 32bit since it's the design time components (delphi
IDE is 32bit) as well as 32bit runtime components.

You should also install 64bit if you intent to compile 64bit executables
so this gives you 64bit runtime components.

Raul,

Should I install the 32bit version first and then install the 64bit
version? Or does it not matter?

Thanks,
