Gruetzmacher | hello,
can someone verify this: with fastmm i get quite a lot memoryleaks which point to edbcomps: ... A3FF75 [edbcomps.pas][edbcomps][TEDBDataSet.AddColumnFieldDef$qqrip26Edbcursor.TEDBCursorColumn][7408] A401C4 [edbcomps.pas][edbcomps][TEDBDataSet.InternalInitFieldDefs$qqrv][7486] A442FD [edbcomps.pas][edbcomps][TEDBTable.InitFieldDefs$qqrv][9880] @tim: i would have opened a support session but find the handling quite difficult ... i would like to have an option like 'use support session' |

I thought I'd installed that but I'm on b2 so I'll download and install the latest to see what I get. In the meantime Is this UNICODE or ANSI, which version of Delphi? What operations are you carrying out which cause this? Roy Lambert [Team Elevate] |

Installed - I'm using ANSI - tried editing a table, creating a new row - no problem, created an in-memory table - no problem.. Roy Lambert [Team Elevate] |

Gruetzmacher | thank you roy,
it seems (not sure) to happen during lookup operations. maybe it's me. i have to admit that i didn't turn on fastmm switch for a while ... i try to dive deeper into it Roy Lambert wrote: Gruetzmacher Installed - I'm using ANSI - tried editing a table, creating a new row - no problem, created an in-memory table - no problem..
