Subject : Reverse Engineer Database - change of date format

When one chooses to run the Task 'Reverse-Engineer Database' the comment
at the start of the Script is like :-

  "Generated on 12/08/2013 2:15:14 PM"

I want the date to appear in ISO format.

How can I achieve that?

Can an option be added to the Task?

This is important for when I send the script to someone in say USA.
There will be confusion over which day and month is actually meant.

Looking at the source code this currently uses simple DateTimeToStr so
your options are:

1. manually change the date in the script

2. change your computer short date format

3. Change the date formatting in edbutilcomps and recompile a custom
EDBManager version

4. see if Tim would consider adding a config options for this as you
requested
