Thread Help with 2.13 features

I have installed EDB 2.13, which includes a number of good new features.

In the EDB Manager when I open the "EDB 2 SQL Reference" items such as the description of the Information.Tables table does not appear to be up to date. Also I can't find any reference to new language features such as the new "COMPARE DATABASE" commands.

* Are there resources about these new features on-line? (I've had a bit of a look & can't see them anywhere obvious)

* Will the EDBMgr ELH file be updated at any point? It is a really useful resource. I regularly use it to cut & paste code templates.

Thank you Raul,

I don't usually use the on-line help. It is really useful to see that it is up-to-date!

I hope that the new & changed pages get built into the off-line ELH help file at some point as I am often off-line.

I don't know exactly how Tim does it but i recall that the online help
is used as source to automatically build the help files. Once he sees
this he will likely take a look

I just installed the latest version (2.13 B3) and all the help files are
up to date (checked for presence of compare database). This includes the
EDBManager built-in help, windows help file and PDF.

Which build are you using ?

Thanks for this. I must have an earlier build. Sorry.

The off-line and on-line stuff are only out of synch if:

1) I've updated something in the help and a new build/release hasn't been
released yet.

2) You're using an older version of the off-line help.

The off-line help is built from the same source (database) as the on-line
help.
