Well it looks as though I may well be upgrading to ElevateDB as my  main clients are happy with this although I am a little apprehensive to say  the least  One thing I would just like clearing up is that I notice that the Pro version of Delphi XE5 is restricted as far as C/S is concerned  

Can I assume that has no effect if I am using ElevateDB and are there any other implications

Fantastic. Smile Don't worry, it's not as bad as it first seems.  Just
remember, you only need to use as much of ElevateDB as you want, and you
still have all of the same navigational features of DBISAM.  Plus, we can
always give you more hands-on help as you proceed.

Thanks for the encouragement  I have to say I have great service from DBISAM3 and knowing there is good help available makes all the difference

So far I have downloaded EDBManager and managed to migrate some tables and will look at the trial in due course after I get my new IDE
