can i use elevatedb to distribute or  replicate the databases across multiple geographies and  synchronize the data(in real time)  so that we achieve data consistency with local performance and resilience to datacenter failure.
any similar experience any advise.

Yes, except for the "real time" part.  There will always be a slight delay
with replication, and how much of a delay is up to you.  Too little delay
and you'll just bog down the entire system and defeat the whole purpose of
replication in the first place.  Too much delay, and you won't see updates
fast enough.
