Cumbersome behavior executing procedures in EDB manager |

Tiago Ameller Menorca Zeros i Uns SL | This worked since 1.x version, as I remember, but suddenly changed in 2.13 and not yet fixed in 2.15 b3
When manually executing in EDB manager a procedure or function, first time supplied parameters are blank, right. On next executions, user entered values persist. In 2.13+ there is no persistence. This is cumbersome when testing and changing a procedure or function. Can you restore parameters persistence? Thanks. Tiago Ameller Menorca Zeros i Uns SL www.sistemasc.net |

Tiago Ameller Menorca Zeros i Uns SL | Thanks for the link, Uli.
I can't believe how such a useful feature vanishes and nobody claims for it before Chris Clark did. Are the other EDB devs as good to not need testing multi parameter procedures again and again? Tiago Ameller Menorca Zeros i Uns SL www.sistemasc.net |

Uli Becker | Tiago,
> I can't believe how such a useful feature vanishes and nobody claims for it before Chris Clark did. Are the other EDB devs as good to not need testing multi parameter procedures again and again? I can only speak for myself: when I test procedures with a couple of params, I usually use a script for that which calls the procedure including the params. Uli |

Tiago Ameller Menorca Zeros i Uns SL | Uli,
<I can only speak for myself: when I test procedures with a couple of params, I usually use a script for that which calls the procedure including the params.> Yes, I do it also. It's better have both options, persistence and scripting Tiago Ameller Menorca Zeros i Uns SL www.sistemasc.net |
