Walter Matte Tactical Business Corporation | 1. Everytime I go into edit the Session - it doesn't remember the Temporary Folder and I have to reenter it.
2. I create a session - I put a User and Password on it. I go back to edit it and it rejects the User and Password. I can delete the session and try again... but it never lets me go back and edit the session. Is this normal? Walter |

>>Is this normal? Definitely not! EDBMgr should remember settings for many sessions / databases. If you are using CS version (with EDBSRVR running on your machine) open EDBSRVR Server options window, stop the server and check the "Configuration" tab. There is a "Temprorary tables" folder. I think this should be set to a sensible temporary folder over which all users have read-write control. Perhaps check you have this set correctly. Adam Brett |

I'm talking with Tim via email on another issue and its seems as though there's a problem with the temporary path <<The temporary tables path issue is a bug - it's not being populated or set properly from the session dialog. It is, however, still set properly in the engine from past setups.>> Roy Lambert |
