Delphi XE3, ElevateDB 2.15 Build 3, Column defined as follows: "ClientName" VARCHAR(250) COLLATE "UNI_CI_AI_KI_WI"

I have two issues, when working with Cyrillic letters the following problems occure:

1.) UPPER and LOWER is not working for Cyrillic letters in SQL statements, The statement is just ignored and the data is outputed without any conversation. With Latin letters everything works fine

2.) When defining a lookupfield in a TEDBQuery or TEDBTable with a LookUpResultField in which the text is stored in Cyrillic letter, only question marks are displayed.
