Unable to create remote store, even though I can access remote DB |

Adam Brett Orixa Systems | Will do Roy, once I have really figured out that its not just me doing something stupid.
The strange thing is the fact that I can create the remote stores using SQL, but not using the EDBMgr. I have always only used ANSI (on EDBSRVR and Session), in terms of the config files I created them prior to UNICODE, so I guess they are ANSI. |

You are right, I've just managed to reproduce it here. Please report it as a bug. -- Fernando Dias [Team Elevate] |

In addition, trying to interactively alter an existing remote store generates the same error. -- Fernando Dias [Team Elevate] |

Thank you so much for this support. These forums are amazing. I am really glad I was not doing something stupid which might cause some other problem for my database. |
