Before I report this as a bug, I wanted to see if anyone else is seeing the
same behavior.

With EDB 2.17b1 (also occurred with 2.16b2), I can't step through a script.
When the script stops at a the first breakpoint, pressing F8 to step over
the current line executes the rest of the script instead of stopping at the
next line.

I fired up 2.11b3 (just happened to have a copy of this) and the stepping
works as expected.

Just FYI, and for anyone else that have run into this....

This only appears to be an issue with local databases.  I did a quick test
against a client/server connection and the debug stepping appears to work as
expected.  So that's a good temporary workaround until the next EDB update.
