Yes, Mavis got a new look a few years back. The original picture used for Mavis was a real person. Interesting background story on how she became a well known "typist".

Yup - I know (to a small degree) and use AutoHoyHey which has the added advantage of being free.

I'd never heard of the Staple Singers so I had a quick listen on YouTube - they can go on being ignored by me
